"Pre '64" Vintage bolt action rifle, factory chambered for 270 Winchester, circa 1941. Features blued finish, 24" barrel, ramped front sight base (empty dovetail - no front sight), rear sight dovetail filled with blank, three position safety, hinged floorplate, two piece bases mounting a Lyman Alaskan 2.5x scope with German Post reticle. Checkered walnut stock without cheek piece, sling swivels, checkered steel buttplate. Bore is bright. Retains 75% finish, drifting and showing age, edge losses. Stock is very good with scratches and dings. Scope has clear view.
